Judy L. Randall, President/CEO

Twenty-five years of travel/tourism research, marketing and strategic
planning.

Judy is a researcher who has spent over 25 years capturing the voice of the customer. She is president/CEO of Randall Travel Marketing, Inc., a company that focuses solely on research for the travel and tourism industry.

She has conducted comprehensive visitor research studies for over 150 small, medium and large destinations. Judy, along with Dr. Larry Gustke, co-author the annual Top Ten Trends in Travel and Tourism (published annually since 1995).

Judy is one of the top speakers in the travel industry and has spoken at numerous U.S. and international travel conferences.

Now in “semi-retirement” Judy is still working and speaking between world travels.

William D. Randall, Ed.D., Technology Services

An educational professional whose career spanned 37 years with 25 years in administration of educational technology, research, and support services.

In 2011, Dr. Randall retired as Associate Vice President, North Carolina Community College System (NCCCS) responsible for Learning Technology Infrastructure for the 58 member institutions.

His responsibilities included administration of a state agency department, creating a system-wide strategic plan for learning technology, developing aggregate-based vendor contracts, conducting RFP processes for multi-million dollar vendor services, applications, and broadband connectivity.

He represented the NCCCS in state and regional educational technology boards such as the Southeastern Region Education Board.

Dr. Randall conducted several large-scale research projects and published their results in professional journals and presented in state, regional, and national conferences.

He served on the North Carolina e-Learning Commission from its inception in 2005 through 2011.
